ABOUT JUDGE SIMMONS



Ready to Serve
Judge Paige Simmons serves as the Magisterial District Judge for Uwchlan, Upper, Uwchlan, West Pikeland, and East Caln townships. As an MDJ, she regularly conducts arraignments, criminal preliminary hearings, bail hearings, civil trials, trials for summary offenses.

Experienced and Qualified
Before her election to the bench, Judge Simmons, an experienced attorney, handled hundreds of civil cases and served as General Counsel for several companies. Judge Simmons also founded a firm that provided counsel to local businesses, community associations and everyday folks.

Committed to our Community
Judge Simmons is active in her community and currently serves on the boards of the Chester County Women’s Commission, Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union Advisory Board, and the Downingtown Area School District Advisory Board. In the past, she served on the Boards of The Barn at Springbrook Farm, Friends Association and the grant committee for The Fund for Women and Girls. Paige and her Downingtown-native husband Ashton live in Chester Springs with their two adult children, four dogs, and grandchild.
